Professional Team
Lisa Fitch, CAE
Lisa is the Director of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Charitable Foundation and oversees the Give Back a Smile program. She has been with the Foundation since 2005. Lisa has a degree in social work, is a Certified Association Executive and holds a professional certificate in nonprofit management.
Bess Henshaw
Bess is the Give Back a Smile Case Manager and joined the Foundation in February 2025. She brings six years of experience in nonprofit programs and a strong passion for victim services and family violence prevention. Bess graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in English: Creative Writing and holds a certificate in Leadership.
